oldest son and graduate of Sam Houston State University, is a“ true gentleman”— always polite and respectful, according to Delfina. Estephany, their oldest daughter, and Christal help keep everything moving at the restaurant. Emily, the youngest daughter, brings smiles and energy. The couple’ s son-inlaw Mark was voted Best Waiter in the 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards and“ everyone loves him because he remembers everyone’ s order.”
“ He makes people feel like family the moment they walk in,” Delfina said.“ Our two oldest have already graduated college, but they still choose to be here, working alongside us. That’ s how you know this is more than a business— it’ s our home. It’ s small, full of love, a little bit of drama, a lot of laughter, and plenty of
grandbabies running around.”
