Now, with the exception of a teenager, her children are grown and indeed successful.
Being voted the 2025 Readers’ Choice All-Around Restaurant, Delfina and Tilio never imagined the journey it would take them on.
“ We opened our restaurant 21 years ago. We started with a dream, a lot of hard work, and the hope of creating a place where people could feel at home,” Delfina said.“ Receiving the Best All Around award here in Huntsville means the world to us— not just because of the title, but because it came from the people who have become like family.”
What makes Rodeo so special isn’ t just the food, it’ s the people behind it.
“ My husband is the quiet backbone who works behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. I’ m the one who loves to talk to everyone, laugh with our customers, and turn ordinary days into warm moments,” Delfina said.“ We are two very different people, but somehow, that balance is exactly what makes everything work.”
