From sunup to sundown , seven days a week , Lindo Mexico Taqueria y Restaurant serves customers with some of the most delicious Latin American food that Walker County has to offer .
With an abundance of options , ranging from Tex-Mex to authentic favorites , patrons are all but certain to leave satisfied .
A parking lot packed with vehicles is a common sight at this Mexican staple — which serves breakfast , lunch and dinner , and is located on 11th Street just east of Huntsville ’ s downtown square .
For owners Jose and Jasmin Huerta , however , their visitors are more than just paying customers . To this husband and wife , ‘ they ’ re like family .’
“ The people that come in here we ’ ve known for a long time , so we feel comfortable ,” Jasmin said . “ It makes us happy because they are more than customers for us .
