“ Our big thing with people is honest ETA times and being good people ,” Jason said . “ When I hire people , one of the things I ask of them is to be nice . I feel like it ’ s harder to have an attitude or not have a positive attitude than it is to just be nice . You don ’ t know what that doctor ’ s been through , you don ’ t know what that nurse has been through that night … maybe the situation isn ’ t a good situation you ’ re walking into , so be nice and treat people right .”
It ’ s a simple method to live by , however , it ’ s helped the business find its status as a service that can be counted on in a time of need and has gained them contracts with every nursing home in Huntsville , as well as Huntsville Memorial Hospital , home health organizations in the area and TDCJ .

Nobody knew me , I just kind of walked and knocked up on doors and said hello ,” Jason said .
