An EMS family Texan EMS continues to expand in Southeast Texas

It was eight years ago that two friends set out to
change the way the East Texas community is helped in an emergency .
Texan EMS began in Livingston through the hard work of co-owners Gregg Miller and Kevin Grimm . Miller brings over 20 years of experience as an EMS director in Cleveland , while his partner offers additional EMS experience and a background in business . Together , Miller and Grimm have made it their mission to elevate the standards of EMS patient care in east Texas . The family owned and operated private EMS service responds to 9-1-1 calls , providing transportation for non-emergency appointments and conducting transfers or discharge from hospital facilities to anywhere in the state of Texas .
In their short time , the business has grown to include three stations across Livingston , Huntsville and Conroe with a fleet of 13 total ambulances to cover the area , however , the owners have their eyes set on expanding to The Woodlands in the near future , where they will pause their growth .
“ We don ’ t want to get too big too quick , because we are family owned and operated ,” Texan EMS - Huntsville operations supervisor Jason Miller said .
