“ I ’ m really blessed to have a great clientele , and those clientele have become friends ,” Huynh said . “ And when I told them about my dream of having my own business , they supported me 1000 % and they were there for every step of the way . The outpour of community support just exceeds my expectations .”
This support was certainly needed , as the opening of Hello Beautiful was pushed back for months due to the coronavirus pandemic . When they opened in June of 2020 , she turned the situation around and helped local essential workers by providing fabric face masks .
Hello Beautiful helps people treat themselves by offering a range of nail styles to choose from and different pedicure fragrance packages to satisfy all who stop by for a spa day . While these options may be unique to her store , Huynh believes that what truly sets her apart from other salons is her customer service .
“ I put my clients first , I put their service and their needs first , before the business and before the financials ,” Huynh said . “ I always try my very best every single day to make everybody happy and to please everybody .”
By putting customer service first and maintaining community bonds , Huynh hopes to foster a welcoming environment for all who come into Hello Beautiful and help clients practice self-love .
