I plan to major in Neuroscience and go into research .

I always try to do things to the best of my ability , no matter what .

What teacher ( s ) impacted you the most ?

My elementary teachers at Faith Lutheran provided me with a solid foundation , and teachers like Mrs . Gaston and Mr . Bumbaugh built upon it .

What are your favorite memories of school ?

I loved all the bonding that took place on bus rides for various events .

What do you plan to major in , and what are your career plans ?

Majoring in mathematics with a certificate in Core Texts and Ideas . I would like to be a professor so I can combine teaching and research , two of my interests .

My faith and my work ethic .

I ’ ve been blessed with a supportive family that encouraged me to work hard and leave the rest to God .

What teacher ( s ) impacted you the most ?

Ms . Melissa Miller , my technical theatre director . I took her class during my freshman year but maintained a relationship with her for the entirety of high school . Ms . Miller is a kind and dedicated individual who gets things done and takes the time to get to know her students .

What are your favorite memories of school ?

I ’ ve loved attending football games with the band . My French horn section goofed around the entire time , and it was fun being able to spend time with them in such an exciting environment . I also loved attending early morning cross country meets with my team .
