Advantage Specialties owner , Stephanie Pitts , has been developing their location to offer more options for customers . The purchase of a screen printing business in April in New Waverly made it possible for Advantage Specialties to provide both embroidery and screen printing in-house .
For clothing and uniforms , a variety of brands are available .
“ We do polos , button-downs , dress shirts . We can do contract embroidery and apply the logo to the customer ’ s selected brand ,” said Pitts .
“ We have a full line of promotional products , such as pens , pencils , t-shirts , corporate uniforms and giveaways for trade shows . We do banners and feather flags - anything needed to promote a business ,” said Pitts .
She explained that even items that can ’ t be produced onsite can be ordered .
“ We have some pretty amazing vendors we work with ,” Pitts said .
Customers have asked for a wide range of promotional gifts , even some unusual ones like a stress ball in the shape of a brain or in the shape of a truck can be done . Some of the most fun have been jar openers in the shape of a cruise ship or a pineapple .
Customer service is the priority at Advantage Specialties .
As Pitts explained , “ we ’ re in the business of promoting businesses .”
