Even with the challenges faced by the clubhouse water damage and renovation , Food & Beverage has done remarkably well through the first 6 months of the season . We are on pace for our nonresident banquet revenue target , and we have managed our expenses ( payroll and cost of goods sold ) below budgeted levels .
UTP and the Food and Beverage Committe Recognize Scott Schuster as the Employee of the Month for July . Congrats !
For those who frequent the restaurant , the warm , smiling face they normally see first is Scott . Scott is our Front of the House Manager with responsibilities for the restaurant , bar and waitstaff management and development .
Scott has been with Heritage Hunt since October 2019 and has climbed the ladder to his current role . We are proud of Scott ’ s achievements and expect great things from Scott moving forward .
