You need to set your goals now! Grab a yellow notepad and pen and start today now… Not Monday. Also Define what you want. Don’t just say “ I want to lose weight” or “I want to get big arms”. Measurable: That means weighing yourself and testing your body fat. Doing a body evaluation, may sound maybe tedious or difficult but when you are getting results it will be fun and you will get more motivation.
Achievable: Set realistic goals for yourself. Don’t take a beer and burger with your friends. You may find a better training partner that can help you achieving your goals.
Timed: The time is the most important part of crushing your goals. Set specific goals and realistic times to hit them.
The second step is to, focus on the lifestyle changes you need to make. Having physical and measurable goals are great but sometimes it is hard to get your goals but it doesn’t mean that you need to stop of getting your goals. Like focus on sleep if you don’t sleep a minimum of 6 hours you not are resting the time that you need, another important thing is cook for yourself try to cook the most healthy you can and eat protein and carbohydrates in your meals. Focus on the goal you need to make like doing weight exercise, and having a better nutrition, because they are the most important thing.
