especially teens who suffer and try to overcome difficult

situations.

Bad Choices

- Tabacco: Modern symbol of liberty. the consumption of tabacco has risen in adolescents, who begin smoking between 11 and 12 years old, on average.

- Drugs: The illegal drug industry is a sure business that will probably never go bankrupt. Every time authorities and law makers regulate or ban specific substances, another variety comes into the market.

- Alcohol: Females try alcohol for the first time between 12-16 years old, and males, between 10-11.

- Eating Disorders: Anorexia is really common in girls, they fear to be overweight. Bulimia, people who suffer from this don't eat large amounts of food at a time just small amounts but shortly after, they cause themselves to throw up in order to prevent weight gain.

- New Addictions: This addictions have been developed during the XXI century. ThereĀ“s Vigorexia, which is extreme exercise training. Video Game Addiction, Internet Addiction, Gambling, Sex, Cybersex, Pornography, Shopping Addiction, Texting/Cell Phone Addiction, and many more that occur every day.

Overcoming This Addictions

An addiction can be like an illness or a disease that needs treatment. Treatment for drug addictions may be far more complicated than treating ordinary illnesses, and it often includes long periods of time before an addict truly overcomes his addictions.
