friends over a slice of pizza drowning in grease, the only thing that needs
to change is the way you approach those things when you know you want
to change how you eat.
People are always going to eat junk and that’s expected, like I said it’s all
about balance. I learned all of these things and I still eat junk, I just
understand it’s effects on my body and what portions of that food I should
be eating. I know I could eat healthier and now I have the means to do so
later on, when I want to change my diet. Food is always going to be an
important part of human life. People bond over every aspect of it, the
making, the processing, the distribution, the preparation, and, of course, the
consumption. I read once, “Food is at the heart of society” and I honestly
believe it, I just want to make sure people live long enough to bond over it
for many years.
