Future of Social Evolutionism

Biologically speaking, Choi (2009) has stated that it has and will never stop as we even have now what we call genetic engineering. Socioculturally speaking though, some think as technology innovations continue, society gets worse. This not the case though, according to an article by Tim Wu in 2014, as technology is part of culture now thus part of society and that in no case those this mean the fall of social evolution. Ronfeldt (2009) says that the form of social evolution we call experience now is called “network” form as on how widely inter-connected society is in the moment. For us though, nothing can predict the future, even when talking about society.

The social evolutionism is the evolution of the society. There are many predictions that can be made because evolution is complex. The society can evolve because of culture. There are evolutionary scheme, hunting or savagery, herding or barbarism, and civilization. So the question is, what will we become? Will humans continue to change? Will we as a society continue to evolve?
