In October, President of MasterCard Middle East Raghu Malhotra
addressed EMBA students during the EMBA C-Suite Breakfast, to talk
about how to create a culture within the organization while delivering
positive business results. This topic was particularly relevant for Dubai,
as the city is a highly multicultural metropolis, made up of an 85% expat
population. He highlighted that the importance of being a good leader is
not about being popular, but rather fair, professional, and efficient. EMBA
C-Suite Breakfast is a series for our Executive MBA students, where
top-level management professionals share their views on topics such as
leadership and emotional intelligence.
