MESSAGE FROM HULT
Shareena Hatta
I want to thank all of the alumni that made it to the Global Alumni Summit and to everyone that
helped make it such a huge success—the professors, speakers, alumni, and all of those who
were involved behind the scenes who helped make it happen!
In this issue we take a look at what went on at the summit and hope that this provides those of
you who weren’t able to make it with the impetus to join us next year.
This issue we also introduce some of the alumni that have been making their mark in the sustainability sector but in very different ways. And for a little summer fun, take a peek into just a few
(there are many more!) of the relationships that have blossomed at Hult and are still going strong!
Have a great summer (or winter!),
Shareena Hatta

It was a delight to meet so many of you in Cartagena—a big thank you to all the alumni that traveled
from so far afield to attend the summit. The days we spent together were really days to remember!
The third issue of the Alumni Magazine covers some exciting news about the Bachelor of Business
Administration program. We are delighted to share with you details about the new San Francisco
undergraduate campus, plus some information about this year’s six-week Study Tour to the Dubai
campus. Indoor skiing, sky diving, and of course, classes on doing business in the Middle East and
Islamic Finance, were just some of the highlights of the trip—enough to make you want to do a
second Bachelor degree!
We hope you enjoy the issue, should you have any questions regarding the Alumni Association
please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Best wishes,
Kathrine Landgren
