How do you really feel
about your work?
One of the first steps to being more mindful is to
become curious about your own experience. You’ll
become more aware about how you think, feel,
sense, and habitually react. For example, consider
your work life by spending some time thinking about
what answers you would give to the questions below.
When people ask me how I am, how often
do I describe myself as ‘busy’?
