You are very passionate about exploring how to accelerate growth and innovation. How has your Hult journey influenced you? The education sector is one of the most rewarding industries to work in. Given the unprecedented scope and scale of change in the world, it is more important than ever to keep learning. With the fourth industrial revolution impacting every organization and changing our daily lives, we have a responsibility to light great fires of innovation and transformational leadership to sustain a new kind of growth. Hult Ashridge has a dedicated innovation practice to champion disruptive growth and help our clients master digital transformation journeys, new business models, and new approaches to leadership. One example is the open consortium ‘Digital Futures’ program we launched in partnership with Ferrari three years ago. Jim Sintros from our global Hult-Ashridge board is a seasoned racer and has been supportive of this alliance since the start. Companies who have already benefited from attending include Amazon, Coca-Cola, Continental, Deutsche Telekom, Merck, Uber, Unilever, Swarovski, and ThyssenKrupp. You are also involved in various projects outside of Hult. Tell us about your experiences and what you hope to take on next. Having spent half of my career in marketing and half in sales, my heart truly beats for both! This is why I decided to serve on the board of the Swiss Marketing Association. As of 2019, I will also be a federal examiner for international Sales Director exams in Switzerland. I spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble leading the P&L of multi-million dollar brands as well as P&G’s prestige luxury business across EMEA. When I moved into consultancy and higher education, I founded Inspire for Excellence to create a new regional best practice forum around leadership and sustainability. Through that I co-ran programs and events at IMD business school with President Bill Clinton, Stephen MR Covey, Robin Sharma, and Chester Elton. My love of learning and sparking the fire of transformational education will continue —I am a certified learning agility coach for high potential talent by Korn Ferry, and am currently in the final stages of getting accredited as a coach at Hult Ashridge. There has never been a better time to disrupt executive education, to accelerate our clients’ successes in innovative and relevant ways…and have fun while doing so! Forty two and I look forward to exploring many more! Which countries have you lived in? Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France, the U.S., and the U.K. Do you have any unusual hobbies? I am a certified level three Reiki Master. What’s the craziest thing you have done on the job? I took one of my teams to an F1 racing track in Miami and let them race in an F1 powered car.
