Aketta Protein- Packed Pancakes
Mushroom Aketta Miso Broth and Buckwheat Soba
Ingredients
1 cup of your favorite pancake mix 1 / 4 cup Aketta ® cricket flour 1 egg , beaten 1 teaspoon oil 1 cup almond milk 1 / 2 cup mixed berries
Recipe
Mix the Aketta cricket flour into the pancake mix . Fold in the egg , oil , and almond milk . Add in the mixed berries and mash slightly .
Heat a skillet over medium heat and the pour in the mix . Cook until the edges begin to crisp , which should take 3-4 minutes when air bubbles start to form . Carefully flip and cook the other side until both sides are golden brown and fluffy . Serve with syrup or honey .
