COURT RULES ON ABORTION
The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that it
would not block Texas abortion restrictions
requiring doctors who perform abortions
at clinics to have admitting privileges at
a hospital within 30 miles. The 5th U.S.
Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans is
expected to hear the case in January. “In just the few short days since the injunction was
lifted, over one-third of the facilities providing abortions in Texas have been forced to stop
providing that care,” Planned Parenthood said in a plea to the court. Texas Gov. Rick Perry
said the decision “is good news both for the unborn and for the women of Texas, who are
now better protected from shoddy abortion providers operating in dangerous conditions.”

ZIMMERMAN CHARGED AGAIN
THAT’S
VIRAL
THIS IS STRAIGHTUP DESPICABLE
George Zimmerman was arrested Monday
and charged with aggravated assault,
battery and criminal mischief after a
domestic dispute at his girlfriend’s home.
He was acquitted earlier this year in
the killing of Florida teenager Trayvon
Martin. His girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe,
told police that Zimmerman pointed a
gun at her while they were arguing and
pushed her out of the house. Zimmerman
contradicted that version of events in a
separate 911 call. “Just when you thought
you heard the last of George Zimmerman,”
neighbor Catherine Cantrell told the AP.
