His nominees have had to wait an average of three times longer than former President George W. Bush’s nominees, and Obama said the delays have to stop “for the good of the American people.” The nominees are Patricia Ann Millet, Cornelia Pillard and Robert Leon Wilkins. “These are no slouches.
