LeAnn Rimes gave her husband, Eddie Cibrian, an
unusual surprise for his 39th birthday. “Eddie’s
favorite things bday cake!” Rimes tweeted with
a photo of a red velvet layer cake topped with an
edible depiction of her and Cibrian in bed together.
On the cake’s second level sat candy versions of
Cibrian’s two sons (Rimes’ stepsons), with their
backs turned away from the action.
