Enter POINTERS HIGH COURT REJECTS GUANTANAMO PRISONER APPEALS The Supreme Court declined on Monday without comment to consider appeals from seven detainees held for the past decade at Guantanamo Bay. Four years ago, the Court ruled that military prisoners have the right to challenge the legality of their detention before a judge, but has since left the question of indefinite detention to the Obama administration.
