I love to use turmeric, ginger,
lime and orange. I use fresh
turmeric in drinks, its
anti-inflammatory and
helps circulation.
Are you a fan of superfoods?
Superfoods is such a broad
category, it’s one of those
things that means nothing
and everything at the same
time. I really like chia seeds,
hemp hearts, most come from
Canada so its nice to support
local too.
I look for something
with a simple list of
ingredients, doesn’t
necessarily have to
be organic as long
as its natural
Any tips for someone trying
to be an influencer in the
health space?
Making things that you want
to eat and staying true to your
voice, not trying to fall into a
mindset of trying to get clicks
and getting caught up in
that world.
