Andres Zapata used the love
of music to inspire him. “My category
was music. My shoes are black, gold,
and silver. They have spikes on them
because spikes are awesome. I really
love music and used my taste in music to make my shoe. I’m really proud
of it and everybody else who was
involved”.
These students have worked
hard and have been determined to
make their Vans shoes as amazing
as possible. If interested in competing go to:
animals and are sure to learn
loads of new information about
them, as well as helping them
overcome illness and acquire
hands on training.
Libraries: If you love books,
why not volunteer at a place
where there are books all around
you? The library! While volunteering at the library, you can shelve
books and help people locate
books. You have the opportunity
to meet a great deal of different
kinds of people. Volunteering at
the library is another opportunity
that helps increase your social
skills.

how to spend your time volunteering. Find a volunteering opportunity that helps bring out a better
you. Don’t forget to have fun with
it, and remember to give a helping
hand to someone in need.
