Page 9 The Cartoon Four By: Andrew Thomas When it comes down to television, while live action works of entertainment are great, there’s something inherently great about watching a good cartoon. The feelings a cartoon can provide are much more entertaining by default, simply based on how much easier it is for an animated image to provide a snappier, entertaining, and potentially more emotional image. However, because cartoons have a tendency to be glossed over as an immature form of entertainment, this section will be a list of four cartoons generally considered to be high quality. However, because this list is primarily based on opinion, if your favorite cartoon isn’t on this list, please don’t be offended. geon crawling to hunting for treasures. Overall, if you consider yourself “adventurous,” you should probably check out Adventure Time! The fourth entry listed is a familiar one; Adventure Time! This show has been on air for a few years, and is still going strong. The show features an interesting mixture of comedy, action, and bizarre adventures. In this show, an adventurous human named Finn and his friend Jake the dog go on quests, ranging from dun- Now, if you ever have some spare time and you don’t know what to do, checking these series out would be a nice way to spend your time. Number three goes to a series called, “Gravity Falls.” It features the adventures of two siblings, Dipper and Mabel Pines, as they spend their summer at their Great Uncle, or “Grunkle”, Stan’s tourist attraction called the Mystery Shack. The show features the two children working together to uncover the secrets of a mysterious journal Dipper had discovered.
