Remove all things distracting (phone, computer, magazine, music, ect...), and give yourself a time limit to just work. Also, don’t forget to give yourself a break. If you’re daydreaming while working, it’s pointless. With a break you feel refreshed and continue right back to work. Try to remove your perfectionist ideology. Remember nothings perfect, so the “perfect time” isn’t going to come out of nowhere. Lastly, stay positive. A negative attitude just leads to more anxiety which in turn makes you feel awful. My step-mom helped me get through school, and my personal things. She has been there for me through my ups and downs, sometimes when I get a bad grade she will encourage me to do better next time. She has made me become a more responsible adult.” We all have someone that comes into our lives and makes a great impact. We need to remember to appreciate whoever that person is. It teaches us responsibility, friendship and love. As we continue to grow older, people will come and go, but they leave memories. After all great impacts make great people. The entire gamut of processed foods does not necessarily have to play such an important role in our diet. Here’s a list of alternative snack foods that are just as zesty and delectable but much more nutritious. Don’t make any reckless or illegal mistakes throughout your test like a few HSD students commented. Failing your test is much easier than it seems, which multiple HSD students can attest to . However, if you fail you are able to reschedule a test for the next day, as long as there’s an available time. Once you pass, they’ll give you a paper copy of your license and then mail you the real one. Finally, you’ll be ready to speed off into the distance! Don’t forget your required documents and remember to practice several times before your test. Preparation is key to passing your Driver’s Test! Apple Chips: Slice apples into thin pieces so they don’t come out mushy. Spread them out on a tray and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar all over. Bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 2.5 hours until they come out crunchy and crispy. or blueberries are a nice colorful addition, which adds extra sweetness. Honey Popcorn Balls: Shape some homemade low butter popcorn with a little bit of honey, and drizzle dark chocolate over to enjoy this natural homemade dessert. Dark Chocolate covered Fruit: Dip strawberries, bananas, or any desired fruit into dark chocolate, and put in the refrigerator to cool. Sunflower Seeds: Sunflower seeds are very easy to find and can be found at any local supermarket. They also come in many different delicious flavors such as Ranch and BBQ, which make them the perfect alternative to greasy chips. Fruit Pizza: Use a thin sugar cookie as the bread and spread low fat whipped cream for the tomato sauce. Pick a variety of colorful fruit and use little shaped cookie cutters to arrange the fruit as toppings. Everyone will love the unique change with thi ́
