pieces out of the way can make
your work load seem easier.
Remove all things distracting
(phone, computer, magazine, music, ect...), and give yourself a time
limit to just work. Also, don’t forget to give yourself a break. If
you’re daydreaming while working,
it’s pointless. With a break you feel
refreshed and continue right back
to work. Try to remove your perfectionist ideology. Remember
nothings perfect, so the “perfect
time” isn’t going to come out of
nowhere. Lastly, stay positive. A
negative attitude just leads to
more anxiety which in turn makes
you feel awful.

“The bad news is time flies.
The good news is you’re the pilot,” stated Michael Altshuler.
We are all human, so we are
bound to make mistakes. Try not
to let the thought of “I'll just do it
later” take over your mind. Follow
the recommendations and make
a change. Procrastination can
affect many students, especially
their grades. If you’re not turning
in the assignment, you receive a
lower score. It’s important that
you try to accomplish your tasks.

He has pulled through the worst situations with us. I admire him for everything he has done to help us keep
our heads high. He’s made a major

Grade - “Someone that has made a
big impact in my life is my step-mom.
She has helped me to become a
better person in everything I do. My
step-mom helped me get through
school, and my personal things. She
has been there for me through my
ups and downs, sometimes when I
get a bad grade she will encourage
me to do better next time. She has
made me become a more responsible adult.”
We all have someone that
comes into our lives and makes a
great impact. We need to remember
to appreciate whoever that person is.
It teaches us responsibility, friendship and love. As we continue to
grow older, people will come and go,
but they leave memories. After all
great impacts make great people.
The entire gamut of processed foods does not necessarily have to play such an important
role in our diet. Here’s a list of
alternative snack foods that are
just as zesty and delectable but
much more nutritious.
Don’t make any reckless or
illegal mistakes throughout your test
like a few HSD students commented. Failing your test is much easier
than it seems, which multiple HSD
students can attest to . However, if
you fail you are able to reschedule a
test for the next day, as long as
there’s an available time.
Once you pass, they’ll give
you a paper copy of your license
and then mail you the real one. Finally, you’ll be ready to speed off
into the distance! Don’t forget your
required documents and remember
to practice several times before
your test. Preparation is key to
passing your Driver’s Test!
