They are the unsung heroes of our sport and without them we cannot go racing . In the UK we are incredibly fortunate to have a body of enthusiastic , professional and skilled marshals .
However , an ageing demographic and the challenge of recruiting and retaining new marshals should never be underestimated and remains a key issue for our sport . In the meantime , we thank all of our volunteers for their support of the HSCC and here are a few relevant photographs .
