The dinner dance and awards evening
We have an exciting new format and venue for the 2021 HSCC awards evening and dinner dance on Saturday 20 November . All we need now is a great turn out of members and friends to celebrate the 2021 season and enjoy spending a fun evening with friends and fellow racers .
The event , the first HSCC social gathering for two years thanks to COVD , will be held in the impressive surroundings of Sywell Hotel and airport in Northamptonshire , thanks to the support of Historic F2 and Aurora racer Mike Bletsoe-Brown . This fresh take on the annual awards evening will have a theme of the ‘ roaring 20s ’. As well as celebrating the season ’ s champions and award winners , we will have live music , a disco and a meal all within the ticket price of £ 85 .
Please don ’ t forget that if anyone wants to use their motorhome for an overnight stay on Saturday night , this is available free of charge and there is ample hard-standing adjacent to the hall , so it will be very convenient for motorhomes . There are other hotels within easy reach and shared transport can be arranged to and from the event .
