We are very fortunate to have been granted access to the fabulous photo archive of Mike Dixon . This year , in each issue , we are re-visiting a 1971 race meeting with a gallery of images .
Our second gallery is from a Formula 3 meeting at Cadwell Park in July 1971 . It was the sixth round of the Forward Trust Championship which drew 19 cars to the Lincolnshire track in the first season of the 1600cc engine regulations .
