The mighty McLaren M1A of Andrew Wareing and Adam Sykes has shown fine pace this season , while two Chevron B16 will grace the grid , one for another father and son combo in Ross and Charlie Hyett and one for Daniel Pickett . Ted Pearson and Callum Grant will bring the famous ex-David Purley Chevron B8 back to Brands Hatch after a long absence and are joined in more Chevrons by Nick Thompson and Sean McClurg and series newcomer Simon Garrad , who has extensive sports and GT experience .
An eclectic gid of drum-braked sports cars from the 1950s will contes the Griffiths Haig Trophy race , which echoes the very start of the HSCC back in 1966 . Two mighty Allards should set the pace , one for Simon Evans and one for Tim and Oliver Llewellyn . From the smaller engined cars , a trio of Lola Mk1s will make a wonderful sight .

“ Touring Cars of various shapes and sizes ” afternoon , which is also being thrown open to earlier cars and the BMW M3s of Toby Partridge / Steve Soper , Mark Smith and Darren
Fielding should all be to the fore .
Finally , another guest grid is the Super 60s series from Holland with a glorious array of sports and GT cars from the 1960s , which make a welcome trip to Brands Hatch for a pair of races on this wonderful circuit .
