Mission Statement

We are a non-profit 501C3 organization, established to help meet the educational, cultural and financial needs of Hispanic / Latino American community, as well as the legal immigrant Hispanic / Latino currently living within the United States.
HCRF is a bilingual organization created to support charitable activities by providing grants to other non-profit organizations, institutions or to individuals for scientific, educational, cultural, religious, entrepreneurial or other charitable purposes.
HCRF will host cultural and educational events such as: Seminars, Workshops, Conferences, Networking, Expos, Festivals and more! Through these events, HCRF will feed the needy, provide grants to small businesses and entrepreneurs to participate, and recognize community leaders.
HCRF seeks to empower and advance the Hispanic community, support Hispanic families, and strengthen Latino institutions through work in the areas of education, career development, self-sufficiency, civil rights, health, immigration, civic engagement, economic empowerment & the environment. HCRF will provide charitable relief of the individuals that seek to better themselves, by providing temporary relief for the poor, disadvantaged, distressed or underprivileged Hispanic / Latino, and other minority communities.
