How did you set up your home office for hybrid work ? I have two home office areas , a standing and stretching area , and a balcony . One area is decorated with memorabilia from my favorite basketball team , the Boston Celtics , and the other has a workout space . I use each area for different work situations such as brainstorming , quiet work , or presentations .

What technology is crucial for remote work ? I ’ ve set up several HP monitors and printers to fit each of my spaces and to use for different functions . My husband also works from home and we share the office spaces . We wear headphones so as not to interrupt each other .

The HP Tokyo office is still closed . What have you found to be the best ways to communicate with your team ? It ’ s efficient to have a small daily chat along with our weekly meetings . To stay alert and engaged in remote meetings , I change where I ’ m sitting in my home for each one .
