Our in-house closing department is invaluable ! Every step of the way , from contract to well after closing , our extremely experienced Closings Manager and Closing Coordinator will oversee every last detail associated with the transaction .

• Recommend vetted professionals , vendors and resources to address every seller ' s needs
• Handle communication with property inspectors , appraisers and other professionals to coordinate access to the property
• Track all contract dates ( including inspections , loan commitments , earnest money deposits , etc .) to ensure all contractual contingencies are met
• Negotiate with the purchaser ’ s agent regarding all necessary repairs , coordinate with sellers and contractors for access to the property , and ensure that all repairs are completed for closing
• Coordinate for utilities to be transferred , manage all applicable warranties , and establish logistics for a smooth closing
