I knew the damage overpricing a property could do . A prelaunch would give me a feel for demand . Within 4 days , I had my first inspection . By the end of the first week there had been 10 . By day 8 I had 2 offers from buyers that were both in excess of the value opinion I had received from other agents . By day 10 I had a contract $ 4,000 below my asking price . Success was bliss !
