Because it was near the kitchen , I started using the blackboard as a shopping and todo list and didn ’ t rub it off for viewing days . After the first open house I noticed children had drawn on the board as well . My agent told me they were having so much fun with it that their mother had difficulty getting them to leave at the close of the open house . I ’ m sure those kids helped me sell for more by telling their mother how much they liked the blackboard . Now they can draw on it anytime they like because their parents bought my house !
