I may be just the place you ’ ve been searching for .” This means more buyers and the potential for buyer competition .
• More buyer traffic through your open house is a good thing . It creates a “ buzz .” A buzz happens when interested buyers notice other interested buyers . As an agent , I love this because it means I ’ m doing my job of creating competition and my marketing strategy is working . It places me in an excellent negotiating position because I have something the buyer wants … their next home .
