3.59 FOCUSING When a coachee decides to see a coach, they may have a clear idea about which problem area they want to solve. However, more often than not, the global situation will be composed of multiple, often competing problem areas: - There may be problems at home, As well as at work The built up tensions may also result in physical problems and feelings of depression Coahing is as much about priorities and focusing on specific problem areas in the coachee’s life as about finding solutions for the coachee.
