You might like to explore the use of aromatherapy oils. They can be worn or burned in a special burner to gently fill the air and stimulate the senses to create positive and soothing feelings, which can greatly enhance the power of visualizations. It's important to visualize with as much detail and using as many senses as possible. For example, if you want a new car, specify the kind in detail, see yourself driving the car, feel the steering wheel and be aware of the instrument panel, the texture of the seats and everything else about it that you want.
