What have they already tried? - What worked and what didn’t? • Decide and commit to action: What are they going to do to address the issues? When are they going to do it? How are they going to do it? • Analyse and evaluate the impact: How will they know if they have been successful? What will it look like? Although in its early days, we have used this model in schools with an encouraging degree of success.
