Leadership involves providing vision, direction, coordination and motivation toward
achieving management goals: A leader is someone who sets direction and influences
people to follow that direction.
This requires the ability to create an environment that encourages self-discovery and the
testing of assumptions that may impede growth, change and the development of a
shared vision.
As we work to increase self knowledge, balance inquiry and advocacy, and solicit
authentic feedback, we are building trust and free ourselves and our organization to
embrace constructive change
