Important criteria a Q2 organizer will need to meet: 1. Coherence In your planner, there should be a place for your personal mission statement, your roles and short & long term goals. Coherence suggests: harmony, unity and integrity between vision and mission, roles and goals, priorities and plans, desires and discipline. 2. Balance Success in one area never really compensates for failures in other areas.
