But habits can be changed, as difficult as that may seem sometimes. There are so many examples around us: people do quit smoking, stop impulse spending, get out of debt, begin running and waking early and eating healthier, become frugal and simplify their lifes, become organized and focused and productive, … you get the picture. Keep it simple Habit change is not that complicated. While the tips below will seem overwhelming, there’s really only a few things you need to know.
