Preface All information in this manual was collected for personal use from freely accessible sites on the internet, a lot of it was found in the free encyclopaedia Wikipedia. The same applies to all pictures used, which I downloaded from public domain sites, with exception for the cover picture “la familia Dupont”, which was kindly made available to this purpose by its creator, Zirta (Beatriz Torres, Mexico).
