Tips and Tricks
- Not everyone can vent their emotions through actions, this
visualization is merely a substitute for meeker spirits.
- After your mental fight, take off your gloves and create a
relaxing visual in your head.
Painting: Close your eyes, cover them with your palms, and
concentrate on the colour black. Try to make the colour fill your
whole visual field, screening out any distracting images.
Mountain Top Visualization (From Cathy) - I transport myself to
a mountain top where I breathe away negativity easily and
effortlessly. Parked close to the edge, I relax and deep breathe.
On inspiration (inhalation) I gather any negativity together and
on expiration (exhalation) I visualize breathing it out. I watch it
go over the edge, flow onto jagged rocks into a body of water
which is acid. The water dissolves all negativity, which will not
reoccur.
As I repeat the breathing I visualize healing white light filling all
the cells of my body. When I know that I am full of healing light
I sit and rest.
Tips and Tricks
- I usually do this at night and I fall asleep and sleep soundly.
- Make the visualization yours with objects and thoughts that give
you peace.
- Practice, practice, practice.
