Step 1- lay the plastic sheet
Step 2- place the dowels on the plastic sheet in a cross shape
Step 3- use a ruler to draw a diamond around the dowels
Step 4- cut the diamond out of the plastic
Step 5- stick the dowels to the plastic.
Step 6- poke two holes in the plastic along the dowel that goes across along the kite lenghwise
Step 7- take a short piece of your string and tie it between the two holes you have made in step 6
step 8- tie the rest of the string to the middle of the short string
Step 9- wind the rest of the srting around the cardbourd
Step 10- decorate your kite and go out to play
