Cooking might not be your favorite thing to do, but it sure helps when you are tired of always buying food, or just want to try new stuff, that is why we are giving you 3 simple recipes, that anyone can do, enjoy!
For breakfast we have poached eggs
For this recipe you will need:
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Step 1: You’ll have to bring to a boil a pot of water, then reduce to a simmer (to reach poaching temperature), between 160 to 180°F or 71 to 82°C
Step 2: Stir the water in a clockwise direction in order to create a whirlpool, once the water slightly slowed down, crack the egg in the middle of the whirlpool. Let the egg cook until the white fully sets, 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove the egg from the water and add salt and pepper, and you’re done!
For Lunch we have, Salad!
Now, we all know what comes to your mind when you read the word “salad” but, this one is delicious.
- Chicken breast (2)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Any greens you like
- Red onion, thinly sliced (½)
- Avocado (1)
- Tomato (1 - 2)
