Many shops have discounts for students, even when they are not advertised, it’s worth asking if they are available. Amazon, Office and many more offer reduced prices or other services for students. More often than not, the school will forward you a list with all the shops they have agreements with where - by showing your student card - you can receive good deals.
Buy quality appliances that last
Don’t be cheap when buying necessary appliances or else you’ll pay double in the future. It’s best to buy quality items that will last than to have to buy the same cheap tool over and over again because they keep breaking.
