Trump won more states, as well as more key races, or as they're called in Adam ruins everything, swing states. Trump ended up with 306 electoral votes, while Hillary only had 232. That difference is huge considering Hillary had more votes. Trump won 10 key races. Hillary won 4. In fact, Hillary had over 2.8 million more votes. But due to the silly anti-democracy rules of the college, Trump took the victory. The true irony is that the college was made by the founding fathers to make sure someone like trump didn't get in. But this still leaves us with one underlying question. Why Trump? What got this man into the White house? I want to find out.
