4-BIM CLASH DETECTION
 In this process, different models of different disciplines are combined.
 While combining, BIM engineers check for the collision and clashes.
 If any clash or interference are detected they are solved within the BIM model.
 Many times, changes like re-routing of ducts, change in ceiling heights or change
in slabs position are done to resolve the clashes.
