Wait until you see the affects you are facing and will continue to face for months if not years from many Traditional Auto Insurance Companies who have chosen to utilize what are called “computer generated market valuation reports,” and admit that they don’t utilize resources like Kelly Blue Book or NADA. One such company, CCC ONE used by these auto insurance companies, relies solely on their own “CCC data base”, which is constructed to minimize the payout on total loss claims. CCC works solely in the interest of the auto insurance companies who employ them. Needless to say the impact this will have to the BHPH lender is concerning, along with the increase in premiums projected to be charged by traditional insurance companies. I have been asked to give a presentation on this topic at the next HIADA Chapter meeting, Tuesday November 14. “If you don’t identify the problem you can’t fix it.” I hope to see you there!
